Followupcalls.com was formed in 1990 as Sterling Partners Limited, LLC
with one guiding principle; provide the highest quality service for the
lowest possible price. We improve dealer’s CSI and follow-up scores through
our unique method of mirroring the manufacturers survey and delivering
high impact information.
Since 1990 we have utilized technology to go from a paper-and-pen method
of doing follow-up calls to a real time web site that gives dealer management
instant access of their information.
We were the first to offer a seamless, paperless integrated web based
system that delivers follow-up call information in real time and sends
email instantly on customer concerns.
We are now the first to offer the same web based
software application that dealers can use with their own personnel to
perform follow-up calls.

data from your DMS daily, three times per week or weekly; whatever you decide.
