What is vBDC?

The virtual business development center (vBDC) is a series of web-based solutions that a dealer can use for marketing, CRM, CSI and a variety of other tasks.  These products; EBIS, DynaMail and followupcalls can be used by the dealer or in combination with our call center. 

The vBDC can be monitored by the dealership or by us remotely.  The ideal application for this is a multi-location dealership.  One person can perform routine tasks such as reminders, CRM functions, marketing and follow-up.  As long as you have Internet access you can develop and monitor marketing campaigns.  There is no software or hardware to purchase.  It doesn’t matter if you have stores that are across town or across the county.
